I just tried this gluten free brownie recipe I read about (https://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/chewy-gluten-free-brownies/). Honestly after eating one (let's be honest I had more than one) it was impossible to tell they were Gluten free. I'm not a super experienced baker either so I was a bit worried going into it I would mess something up but the directions are very thorough and I didn't have any problem. I definitely recommend giving it go. We are quarantined as a result of Coronavirus so I figured it's a good time to try something new especially since baking has a fairly instant gratification.
Anyone have any other gluten-free or otherwise healthy brownie recipes?
