Since 1986, The Herbfarm has specialized in 9-course chef-selected menus featuring seasonal and regional ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. Menus have themes that change every two to three weeks. Visit our website for details of today's theme. Check our FB page for drafts of each theme's menu. If you have special dietary needs/allergies tells us when you make your reservation. We can usually accommodate. Menus are matched with local wines or hand-crafted herbal, non-alcoholic beverages. Everything is sourced as locally and as seasonally as possible.
