Part of Montgomery County's park system in Maryland, the Robert C McDonnell Campground offers primitive camping sites as well as an accessible group pavilion. Each campsite features two tent pads, two picnic tables, a grill, and a firepit. Depending on the site, up to 10 campers can be accommodated.
Campsite reservations can be made over the phone, in-person at the Park Permits Office or via faxed application.

NOTE: Campsites are available year round with no running water between November 1 and March 31 at lower sites # 1, 2, 6, 7 and upper sites # 3, 4, 5. There are Porta Johns in each parking lot.
