It all started under a tent at historic Findlay Market. This is where we perfected the art of cooking rotisserie chicken and invented our signature “Chitas” (chicken pitas). Revolution Rotisserie & Bar "Flagship" Brick and Mortar is now located at 1106 Race Street in Over The Rhine, just a half block away from the beautiful Washington Park and you can check out our new location in Pleasant Ridge! Our space has a lively, authentic feel. Our menu balances simplicity and variety, with rotisserie chicken tying everything together.
