Since 2011, Nuflours has been Seattle’s favorite gluten-free bakery, serving a variety of handcrafted pastries, artisanal breads, cakes and more using locally-sourced ingredients. Hoping to offer a higher quality product than was currently available, we originally started selling our baked goods at local farmers markets. Quickly, we were embraced by Seattle’s gluten-free community, and in 2014 we opened our first brick-and-mortar storefront. Stop by for a breakfast treat, take home some dessert, have us cater a special event. We're even available for weddings so when it's your day, you can eat what you want!
