Mickey’s Cheesesicles & Mickey’s Icesicles

There are over 50 flavors to choose from of frozen cheesecake on a stick dipped in chocolate, vanilla and other flavors.  (not all flavors are in stock).  at Mickey's CheeseSicles, Flavors include Gluten-Free and Vegan.  IceSicles are non-dairy popsicles and come in lots of flavors.

In the fall of 2009, I was at a local harvest festival and my sister Kim and I ordered some cheesecake on a stick.  It was delicious but there was only one flavor- Classic New York.  I wondered aloud- wouldn't it be great if someone made this with different flavors of cheesecake?  I decided at that moment that I was going to do just that.  After a few weeks of experimenting with baking, I tested the recipes on willing coworkers.  I started brainstorming for a name- it had to be simple but convey what the product was.  Kim came up with the name-CheeseSicles!  And Mickey's CheeseSicles was born. My first event was Madeira's Art Show in May of 2010 and the first three flavors I made were Mocha, Strawberry and Peanut Butter.  They were a huge success and Mickey's CheeseSicles now offers over 50 flavors of cheesecake (including several Vegan flavors) frozen on a stick and dipped in chocolate, caramel, vanilla and melted cinnamon chips.
