Mostly flat and open, this disc golf course was established in 2006. It is a great beginner course, or a good course where you want to figure out what your disc does. In addition to an 18-hole disc golf course, Heritage Farm Park also has a 9-hole golf course, jogging and walking trails, baseball fields, softball fields, soccer fields, multipurpose fields, 2 covered pavilions, playground areas, and community garden plots.
