At Heritage Brewing Co. we live by the late President John F. Kennedy's inaugural words. Through his spirit we have defined our mission:
To not only brew the best beer possible, but also; live for one another, serve our fellow countrymen, craft with pride, and wherever possible, give back to those in need, especially those who have given everything for their country.
Through this mission we brew flavorful and bold beers that showcase our pride and embolden our customers to share in our dream.
All of our beer is made with 100% American sourced ingredients.

Beer is our origin story. We craft it, package it, pour it, and of course enjoy it. In our brewpub & roastery, beer is as much a centerpiece as our food and coffee. With a large assortment of taps we showcase all facets of our craft brewing ability. Ales, lagers, sours, and barrel aged beers alike. Each week we craft a new experimental brew alongside a firkin infusion. These experimental batches are brewed in small quantities and they serve as test brews for future production beers, stop in and try out our lineup and help us craft the next crowd favorite. Almost all of our beers are available in cans and bottles to take home as well.
From bean to brew coffee is our second love, at Heritage we not only produce our own brews and food but we also roast our own coffee and cold brew. Start your day off right with a nitro draft cold press coffee or rich espresso, we've got you covered from sun up to sun down. Our Veritas cold press coffee is available to cherish in house or take on the road in 12oz singles or six packs. We even have our house roast in beans to make at home.
From seasonal ingredients to locally-sourced produce, dining with us is a harmonious blend of fine foods in a casual rustic American setting. Our menu is a rich and plentiful assortment of poultry, seafood, and vegetarian courses where our beer and brewing ingredients are often repurposed to add subtle flavors or crucial ingredients. This farm-to-table dining experience is apparent not only in our dinner service but also our lunch and decadent brunch menu. From savory to sweet our brunch is best paired with a flight of brews or our mimosa flight board. Whether you just stopping in for a snack or staying for a full course we have options for both that won't disappoint.
