Our offices, located at 250 William Howard Taft, First Floor, are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We prefer that visitors call in advance to schedule their office visit: 513-946-7777. Visitors are required to wear a facial covering per Hamilton County’s current Level 3 on the Ohio Public Health Advisory System.
