We are committed to sustainability, from the use of salvaged barnwood tables and recycled wine bottle glassware, to our cork and crayon recycling programs. We support local farmers and purveyors using seasonal ingredients. Because we recognize the individual tastes and preferences of each of our guests, we’re proud to offer several vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free* dishes to accommodate all dietary needs.
