About
Located in scenic Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum is one of the oldest arts institutions in the United States. The heart of the Cincinnati Art Museum is its diverse, encyclopedic art collection of more than 67,000 works spanning 6,000 years of human creativity. In addition to displaying its own broad collection, the museum also hosts several national and international traveling exhibitions each year.
The museum is supported by the generosity of individuals and businesses that give annually to ArtsWave. The Ohio Arts Council helped fund the museum with state tax dollars to encourage economic growth, educational excellence and cultural enrichment for all Ohioans. The museum gratefully acknowledges operating support from the City of Cincinnati, as well as our museum members.
