We are so excited to begin our new Cherbourg chapter in the historic and diverse Over-the Rhine neighborhood in Cincinnati. Cherbourg Cyprus will sit in the center of OTR as a budding new addition to the lively compact streets and corridors that now encompass the revitalized neighborhood. We are excited to be part of a movement that celebrates local and artisanal products as well as a community that values innovation and inclusion. With our new location in such close proximity to the Findlay Market, we enthusiastically embrace its historic public market values and structure, and welcome its linking of Uptown and Downtown Cincinnati.
