About
Great food creates great community. Chako believes in using hand-made and natural baking processes with unique Japanese ingredients and fresh seasonal produce from local farmers. Served with the Japanese hospitality concept of “Omotenashi”. In addition to amazing bakjed goods we have a modest, yet mighty cafe menu with wonderful Japanese inspired dishes. Dishes such as Katsu Sando (with pork) and Japanese Curry only available on Fridays are are always as locally sourced as possible.
