CAVA fuels full lives through a bold and innovative food culture. We started in a chef’s kitchen, with three first-generation Greeks (with long Greek names, of course) who took their families’ recipes and gave them a modern spin. Years later, our culinary roots continue to drive us forward. We’re serving customers in fast-casual restaurant locations in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Southern California, and beyond. We’re proud to partner with makers, growers, and ranchers who create specialized products and ingredients for us – like the chocolate-studded cookie you might pair with your meal or the tender black lentils you could build into your bowl.
