Blue Duck Tavern is a neighborhood Georgetown restaurant, located in Park Hyatt Washington, D.C., serving creative American cuisine crafted from the region’s freshest, seasonal ingredients. Our kitchen is rooted in the concept of serving simple, rustic food with an artisan approach.
