Pronounced "ar-KAY-kos", Archaikos is a throwback to the Archaic Period in Ancient Greece, during which the Greek people transitioned from their hunter and gatherer ways to farming. Plant-based foods became a significant part of the diet, such as arugula, greens, seeds, nuts, corn, squash, and fruits. It was a food revolution then, and Archaikos Foods wants to carry this revolution forward.
We are a DC-based vegan food producer specializing in vegan cuisine, 100% dairy and animal product free. What sets us apart from vegetarian food companies is that we make everything from scratch in small batches.
