I was really impressed with Teaism's commitment to serving as much locally sourced and/or sustainable, seasonal product as possible. They encourage customers to bring their own bag for take out, provide metal silverware for in restaurant dining, and provide compostable silverwear and paper straws for take out. The food was fresh and delicious.
